		<description><![CDATA[I would suggest trying this with Farro...an Italian wheat grain...very healthy.  Also adding Kalamata olives, sliced cucumber and red onions...this is such a great season to vary recipes with whatever you have in the garden!  Have fun...blog looks great...congratulations!
