I didn’t measure the temperature at all to be honest – but if you want to watch the temperature, I would say like 230 degrees. Best of Luck – ENJOY!

This does sound wonderful and flavors I love. I think I can figure it out, but you’ve left a step out of the caramel recipe and repeated it twice. I would like to know what temperature to start the caramel.
