Caramel and Whipped Cream Apple Shake

Caramel Apple Shake
Prep time
Total time
Serves: 2
  • 2 - 3 apples, peeled (1/2 for garnish)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Yogurt OR Ice Cream (I froze my yogurt into an ice cube tray)
  • ½ Cup Milk (Vanilla Almond Milk is my preference)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons Caramel (the dipping kind is perfect) + some for drizzle
  • Whipped Cream (garnish)
  1. In a blender, combine apple, yogurt (ice cream), milk, caramel, & cinnamon. Mix Well until Super Smooth.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce into each glass and swirl around. Add half of the remaining apple (this will require you using a spoon for the shake, skip this if you want to skip the sppon) at the bottom of the glass, then pour the shake.
  3. Top with whipped cream and remaining apple chunks

Caramel Apple Shake — 10 Comments

  1. Love the recipe, Love all the fall references at the top of the post, Love how you styled the pics, and Love that old Osterizer! And Ps- how awesome is it that National Caramel month coincides with National Apple month? Coincidence? I think not.

    • I will pass they styling compliment to my husband (whose grandmother also handed the Osterizer down to us… our go-to blender right now). HAPPY FALL!! 🙂

  2. This sounds perfect for fall and I’d probably have it after a Saturday morning at bootcamp lol! Love the Osterizer..we JUST got rid of the one I’ve had for about twenty years last week. The buttons were sticking and no matter how much cleaning I did I couldn’t get them out of one speed. If my husband hadn’t bought a new one I probably would have kept that old machine one speed or not!

    • Sounds like a healthy & delicious treat for after a workout! We are looking at new Blenders, but I have a feeling the old one will be staying in the kitchen… something like these heirloom things 🙂
