Nasturtium Chips

Nasturtium (flowers and leaves) may not be for everyone with their peppery bite & strong flavor – but the flowers are a beautiful addition to any plate and Sister Chef loves to eat them fresh from the plant!
This week she decided to help me experiment after snacking on some nasturtium leaves & flowers during our CSA Pick-Up! And. It. Worked!

Nasturtium Chips
- Wash & Dry Nasturtium Leaves
- Preheat oven to lowest setting (we did 250)
- Lay out leaves as close together as possible on parchment or silicone lined pan
- Lightly spray with oil & sprinkle salt
- Bake for about 10 minutes (ours were totally dry at this point, if you wanted to flip and continue you could, but this was perfect in our oven)

If you’ve ever been a fan of Kale Chips and want to switch it up – this is a great way to do so! And a silicone pan liner is my favorite way to keep the environment a little healthier as well as making cleanup a breeze.
